Revolutionary rail component manufacture

Using decades of experience, and industry-leading facilities, we manufacture high-quality parts, on time, using vacuum-forming and compression moulding technology.

We are the UK’s leading manufacturer of technical thermoformed plastic components and specialise in the design, development, prototyping and production of large and medium-sized vacuum-formed parts using single-sheet, twin-sheet, and pressure-forming technology.
We have the biggest vacuum-forming machines in the UK, with the capacity to mould parts up to 3.5m by 2.5m. We also operate CNC trimming machines and facilities for multi-part assembly, cleaning, and packing.

Compression Moulding
We specialise in the design, development, prototyping and production of ultra-lightweight interior trim components.
Our materials are lightweight, with a high strength-to-weight ratio, and offer superior acoustics – ideally suited for interior trim applications.
All of this is accomplished using our state-of-the-art 250-tonne presses, ovens, and robotic water jet cutting facilities.
