About Us

enGauged Limited is a bespoke, fast-moving civil and structural engineering design and consultancy business that provides support for organisations working across a range of rail projects all across the UK.

Engauged are a privately owned small to medium enterprise (SME) design practice based in Crewe. We cover the whole of the UK with an increasing portfolio of projects with Tier-1 clients.

Our primary focus is the rail industry with our core discipline being civil and structural engineering and the capability to deliver multi-discipline projects through our supply chain partners.

Early collaboration is a priority for us to make sure we fully understand our clients’ requirements. We believe in honesty and integrity in delivery and we have an eye to add value. We understand the needs of the operational railway and are therefore able to design solutions to suit the constraints of the industry.

Our emphasis is on providing design with build in mind, delivering comprehensive and fully developed designs.

As an agile business we are flexible and responsive, with our MD involved at all stages. enGauged are well-positioned to react swiftly to support our clients with the unexpected, such as shifting delivery dates, or changes to a project’s specification.

We support the use of Health and Safety by Design techniques and work closely with construction teams to develop solutions that are safe and efficient to construct, use and maintain. We work hard to recognise and wherever possible reduce the carbon footprint in our designs through our solutions and material selection.
