Rail Competence & Compliance Ltd is a relatively new business in the industry, however it has over 30 years’ experience behind it. Delivering quality training, assessment and IQA activities to the training functions of FOCs, TOCs and On track plant companies.

We specialise in the Design, delivery of standard and bespoke training materials, engaging the delegates to perform the tasks required of them through their employers.

We engage the delegates in technical assessments of safety critical work to prove they are competence to undertake and sign off work, releasing it to main line traffic – without importing risk to the network.

We design Competence Management systems and bespoke them to all manner of companies in the regulated industries, we take pride and a passion in implementing these systems and ensure they are fit for purpose before handing over to the roles that are responsible and accountable for such systems.

RCC can provide interim solutions, such as IQA, Assessment and Training Management functions in the in-between stages, or gaps in full filling roles in your business.

We offer Health & Safety training (IOSH) and mandatory skills such as COSSH, Manual Handling etc, up to Investigations of accidents and incidents. First aid training with a quality Instructor that instructs the St Johns and Red cross instructors. Please see the website for a full list of courses which is growing.

We are based in the North West, however will travel the country to your locations to deliver our services to your business.
