Rail

April 2021, Whitmore announced the successful formation of Shell & Whitmore Reliability Solutions, LLC, a 50:50 joint venture between Whitmore and Shell. Shell manufactures and blends products for use in consumer, heavy industrial, and commercial transport applications that complement Whitmore’s product offering.

Shell & Whitmore Reliability Solutions, LLC combines both businesses’ respective strengths to offer multi-sector expertise; advanced equipment technologies and services; and an integrated product portfolio that meet the unique needs of companies engaged in rail in North America and mining in USA. In due course, existing Shell and Whitmore websites dedicated to Mining and Rail will lead visitors to the new Shell & Whitmore Reliability Solutions, LLC. website.
