About Abi Broadley’s background

Having worked across a range of sectors, including hospitality, design, retail, TV, and theatre and more recently rail, Abi Broadley set up her consulting company specialising in business consulting for the rail industry in November 2021.

Ahead of setting up her consultancy business, Abi previously worked at Aquarius Rail, her last role at the company being Manager Director from 2017-2021.

Abi’s consultancy works with a variety of organisations including the Birmingham Centre for Railway Research and Education (BCRRE) supporting them on the SCR DIGI-RAIL Project, and continuing to work on the rail engagement for the RaisE Business Centre and the ecosystem of businesses that is being created there in Goole, East Yorkshire. Abi is also supporting the BCRRE ‘Get into Rail’ programme. Abi’s other consultancy clients include PlasmaTrack (supporting their introduction of railhead cleaning innovation), 3Squared, Peak to Peak and Furrer+Frey.
