Anturas is an infrastructure management consultancy business headquartered in Edinburgh.
Anturas provides trusted support and advice to help their clients deliver large-scale programmes, improving the built environment. They help make cities healthier, happier places to live and work, and provide sustainable solutions to the challenges presented by climate change.
Formed in 2017, with an ambition to raise standards in programme delivery, our team is diverse in experience, each having approached the project lifecycle as consultant, contractor and client. Hence, they understand the pitfalls inherent to programme delivery, and are well-equipped to maximise efficiencies and minimise waste.
They take pride in our agility, as they believe one-size-fits-all approaches are not suited to infrastructure programmes at scale. Case studies
Anturas is supporting some of the industry’s most transformative projects. To date, it has developed self-assurance processes for the Glasgow Subway Modernisation Programme, helped to oversee CSM and interoperability on the Transpennine Route Upgrade, and provided programme management know-how and strategic advice on Transport for Greater Manchester’s Metrolink Enhancement and Renewals programme. Anturas were also delighted to play a key role in the programme management and assurance of the Edinburgh tram extension which opened in 2023.
