Flamgard Engineering Limited is a Welsh manufacturing firm with products used in major international projects including the Riyadh Metro Line 1 & 2 in Saudi Arabia.

All Flamgard products are custom built to client’s project requirements with no standard sizing with ordering down to 1mm increments.

Tunnel Ventilation Dampers: Tested to BS 476 & UL 555 for Fire integrity and 2-hour high temperature high temperature operation.

Low demand SIL 4 rating providing reliability and lifespan for major infrastructure projects.

High level of customisation to enable maximised use of space in tunnel applications.

Under Platform Extract: Specially developed extract system which is innovative yet simple, offering market cost & time saving compared to the traditional sliding plate dampers. Savings both during initial install and commissioning phase as well as during the ramp up of the system for increased capacity re-balance.
