The firm was founded by experienced recruitment professional Nina Lockwood, who specialises in non-executive director searches, and executive board and senior management appointments. A regular at transport industry events, Nina has chaired  the National Rail Awards’ Outstanding Personal Contribution category, as well as judging its Outstanding Teamwork category. She is also a mentor for Women in Transport’s mentoring scheme, and sits on the Women in Rail North West Committee.
