  • Transport for Greater Manchester – Metrolink Renewals & Enhancements Frameworks for both Civils & Structural Works and Buildings Works.

Transport Sector

Jamieson have been delivering projects within the transport, and particularly rail, sector for over 10 years and are a Network Rail Principal Contractors Licence holder. They employ an experienced and knowledgeable team including a Network Rail Contractors Engineering Manager (CEM) and Contractors Responsible Engineers (CRE) and hold a comprehensive understanding of Network Rail procedures.

Providing a full turn-key solutions for our clients in both civil engineering and construction, Jamieson take projects from GRIP Stage 3 to GRIP Stage 8 and providing designs to 02009 assurance standards. They hold the ability to lead the design process and provide technical advice to maximise both budget potential and project quality.

Jamieson book, plan and manage possessions and line blocks for clients to the highest safety standards and regularly complete schemes on operational sites where safe segregation of passengers is a key driver in planning and delivering works.

The team are experienced in working on operational sites and live railway environments and fully understand the importance of minimising disruption to passengers, employees, and current operations. They provide the highest levels of customer service and work with stakeholders to deliver projects in a collaborative and united manner.

Experience in providing rail improvement works comprising of station refurbishments, car parks, platform works, external improvements, UTX’s, painting and general maintenance, are completed to the highest standards and to the clients’ budgets, programme, and aspirations.
