Lost Group is fundamentally changing the way people and companies find each other within the transport sector.

We’re not a recruitment company – we’re a technology led matching service owned and operated by transport industry professionals. As the antithesis of traditional search, Lost Group has a different approach, providing  a service that is significantly faster, with better results and at a significantly lower price.

The company was founded in 2023 by John McArthur and Alex Warner who are the company’s Executive Directors. Both Alex and John have long careers within the UK transport sector and first-hand experience of the recruitment challenges faced by candidates and companies.

Alex says: “Lost was created to help the UK transport industry with the burgeoning need of accurately matching great organisations with great people. We believe the traditional recruitment model is outdated and imposes significant cost, time and quality implications on both employers and employees. We’ve created a business that works for the industry and is run by industry people that will deliver faster results with better outcomes.”
