Rail Delivery Group

Membership organisation Rail Delivery Group works on behalf of the UK’s train operating companies, helping to create a simpler, better railway for customers.

This work is funded primarily by members, with some additional support from other stakeholders.

Guided by its mission – to make the railway better and simpler – Rail Delivery Group provides a range of services that improve the customer experience. It also promotes industry growth, delivering national marketing campaigns and raising money through the sale of railcards.

Finally, it brings the industry together to address key issues, as well as supporting efforts to reform UK rail with knowledge and expertise.
