Rail Infrastructure
Rock Rail also focuses on the development of rail infrastructure to deliver network enhancements, drive more value and allow technology enabled trains to realise their full potential.
We are developing innovative funding models to drive enhanced value across other areas of rail infrastructure including digital signalling, electrification and depots and have already secured institutional investment for several rail infrastructure initiatives including depot upgrades, track side equipment and other ‘off train’ infrastructure as part of its new rolling stock investments.
Asset Management
Rock Rail’s asset management business operates provides expert services across all stages of fleet design, construction and ongoing operation.
We provide a complete range of specialist asset management services, managing long-term residual value and protecting the interests of institutional investors and support our rail partners in fulfilling their safety obligations and undertake assurances to satisfy both ourselves and investors that the correct safety approach is being taken.
