UKES Rail Ltd started life on the Network Rail Commercial Property contract and has since conducted work with South West Trains, Southern Rail, Thames Link and the Network Rail Sussex, Wessex and Kent routes.
We pride ourselves on our ‘can do’ attitude which sets us apart from the crowd.
UKES Rail Ltd gained Link-up approval in 2014, after undergoing an in depth audit process. Achilles Link-up is a community supporting the UK rail industry’s pre-qualification scheme. It’s recognised as best practice in qualifying suppliers, and used extensively by buyer organisations to manage risk and comply with legislation.
We sponsor all our own staff and ensure all relevant qualifications are kept up to date. UKES Rail are NICEIC approved contractor No. 604413 and RISQS supplier No. 151597.
We are a key supplier to Network Rail and Principle Contractor licence holders and work to the highest quality, environmental and safety standards, with vast experience in the rail industry, we can design, install, test and commission to your requirements.

All staff are fully qualified and directly employed electricians and engineers. We have our own, dedicated, in-house electrical engineering team, including Contractors’ Engineering Managers (CEM), Contractors’ Responsible Engineers-Design (CRE-D) and Contractors’ Responsible Engineers-Construction (CRE-C).
