Vossloh Cogifer UK Limited specialises in the design and manufacture of switches and crossings for all types of railways: high speed, main line, urban and transit systems, heavy haul freight railways and narrow gauge railways.

Manufacturing to BS and UIC specifications, products include:

  • Cast and forged track assembly components.
  • Cast manganese.
  • Welded and swing nose crossings.
  • Asymmetric and full depth switches.

The facilities include a fully equipped rail machining and concrete bearer manufacturing factory, on site main line rail connection, a 3500m² indoor assembly facility and 40,000m² of outdoor assembly.

Easy track supply

Rails and switches at the right place at the right time.We assemble rails and turnouts with millimeter accuracy for all kinds of customer orders. The rails are then loaded onto special rail and turnout transport wagons, delivered punctually to the construction site where they are professionally unloaded and installed – including all the welding and superstructure work.
